If you need to cancel your booking, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your class. To cancel your booking, please contact us by email at info@romewithchef.com or by phone at +39 06 94503 722. - Cancellations Within 24 Hours:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time, regardless of the reason. The payment for your class is a crucial part of our operations and contributes to the cost of equipment, running expenses, staffing, and administration. - Booking Changes:
If you wish to change your booking, please notify us by email or phone at least 24 hours before your class. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
