Cooking is hard work, so before we begin we’ll start with a drink. Our team will welcome you and your private group with a mixology demo where you’ll learn to make Italy’s most loved drink: Aperol Spritz. Then you’ll get started making your pasta in a lesson led by a fun-loving, fluent professional chef. Knead, roll, and cut your dough and when you’re done, you’ll be dying for another drink! This is where we’ll make our second cocktail, Hugo Spritz!
Sip on your Spritz while the sauce simmers before plating your dish of homemade pasta. You’ll choose between creamy carbonara or the Roman classic, cacio e pepe. After all of your hard work you’ll enjoy the meal you’ve made in the company of your friends and loved ones, all the while sipping on a glass of Limoncello.
