While sipping on your Spritz, you’ll start your hands-on pasta-making class and feel the flour-power flow through you under the guidance of a fun-loving, fluent chef.
Never tried pasta making before? Don’t know your fettuccine from your fusilli? Don’t worry. Our chefs love sharing their secrets and spreading real Italian cooking all around the world. Your chef will guide you every step of the way – from kneading the dough to cutting it into pasta perfection. Believe us, you’ll definitely knead a drink after this.
It’s Spritz-O-Clock
Cooking is hard work and hard work calls for a drink—or two. As a reward for working hard, we’ll treat you to two other traditional cocktails. Together, we’ll blend bubbly with bitter in a traditional Hugo Spritz before satisfying your sweet tooth with a shot of Limoncello.

After a Spritz-break we’ll continue our workout by making a creamy carbonara sauce or classic cacio e pepe to coat your fresh pasta.
