Do pasta like a Roman with our flavorful pasta making class.

Ever wondered what the secret is to making top-tier pasta from scratch? Through the course of this two-hour class, you’ll receive a crash course on cooking up fresh ravioli with ricotta and spinach, with a skilled local chef to talk you through the process.

Our class will teach you how to make pasta with or without eggs, of all shapes and sizes, and even colored pasta. Since pasta wouldn’t be the same without a succulent sauce to accompany it, we’ll also teach you how to prepare carbonara, amatriciana, or cacio e pepe from scratch.

Making pasta is all about having fun and expressing your creativity, but we’ll also teach you the technical aspects of the craft.

Plus, our recipes are so straightforward that you’ll be able to continue making homemade pasta like a pro at home and impress your loved ones with your skills.

He made sure we knew we could not only get the recipes we learned from him that day but ask him about other tips and foods as well, even after we return home from our trip. He was very friendly, conversing and laughing with us while we sat back and enjoyed the meal we had all prepared together. Highly recommended cooking class.

      This was an enjoyable class, but we had some issues in that the chef didn’t speak English as expected. There was eventually a translator but this was after some confusion at the beginning. The pasta was great and the chef was very knowledgeable. If I would have a suggested improvement it would be that there would be more instruction during the cooking process.

      We had a great time in this experience. While the start was a little late, we enjoyed meeting other travelers. I couldn’t believe how good the pasta was that we made ourselves. Definitely an eye opening experience!

      This was such a fun experience. We got to learn not only how to make the different dishes, but fact and knowledge about past and Italy you wouldn't normally learn from visiting. Igor was very knowledgeable and very passionate about cooking. They actually contacted us a few days before our class and offered for us to move classes because the first class we booked was full and they said it would be a better experience if we moved. We were able to change and ended up having a private class. It was very intimate. Igor was able to modify the menus based on our dietary needs and preferences which was amazing! Ive taken other Airbnb cooking classes where you are with a group of people and it seems very cookie cutter. Those classes were amazing and worked for us at the time but this was in a small, intimate restaurant and it just made the experience that much better. I can not recommend this experience enough!

      Igor's class felt like a once in a lifetime experience for my husband and I to end our honeymoon with. We arrived and were greeted with prosecco and told all about our experience, then started making gelato. From there we made our pasta and the sauces, and then dined in the beautiful restaurant and enjoyed our meal and dessert! Igor was so patient with us and explained everything so well. I'm confident that I can recreate these recipes and skills at home, which shows how good of a teacher he is!
