This isn’t your typical pasta class. In this lively Spritz & Spaghetti experience, you’ll learn to make fresh pasta from scratch while sipping classic Italian cocktails like Aperol, Hugo Spritz, and Limoncello. Equal parts cooking, drinking, and la dolce vita, it’s Rome’s most deliciously tipsy tradition. 🍝🍹

Choosing the Right Cooking Class
When in Rome, cook like the Romans, which is why you need a cooking class that focuses on creating authentic Roman-style recipes from scratch. You’ll want a class that makes traditional thin-crust pizzas or pasta dishes like cacio e pepe or carbonara.
Both classes include step-by-step instruction from a seasoned chef and e-recipes to take home, but the main dish is different. One class focuses on making individual Roman-style pizzas, while the other focuses on pasta dishes like carbonara or cacio e pepe. They are both about 3 hours long and suitable for couples, friends, and solo travellers of all culinary skill levels. Both the pasta and pizza classes include a family-friendly option with tiramisu.
Not only are they worth it, but they are also essential for having an authentic Italian experience. There’s nothing that says “Italian” quite like food, so learning the basics of Roman cooking is imperative for maximising your time in Rome and getting the most out of your trip.
Yes, we offer small group classes to meet other like-minded travellers, as well as private classes for a more personalised experience.
Yes, we offer classes in English and Italian. Other languages may be available upon request.
Authentic Italian Cooking
We have two types of cooking classes: one for pasta and one for pizza. In our pasta classes, you’ll learn how to make fettuccine from scratch with Roman sauces like cacio e pepe or carbonara, plus a creamy tiramisu or authentic Italian spritzes (Aperol, Hugo, and Limoncello). Our pizza classes follow the same structure, both focusing on creating an individual Roman-style pizza with toppings plus either tiramisu or spritz.
Our classes are as authentic as it gets. These recipes are passed down through generations, and the classes are led by expert chefs with a passion for Italian cuisine. We use traditional Roman cooking techniques and sustainable, local ingredients you won’t find elsewhere.
Yes! Throughout the class, you’ll get step-by-step instruction from a trained chef plus tips and techniques for easy cooking. At the end of the class, you’ll receive a free e-recipe so that you can take your Italian cooking skills back home and impress your friends with everything you learned while in Rome.
Yes! We can accommodate a vegetarian diet and other restrictions. Kindly inform us of all restrictions in advance so we can best cater to your needs. We are chefs after all; catering is what we do!
Unfortunately, because of the ingredients used in the class, we cannot accommodate severe allergies or restrictions such as gluten-free or celiac disease, lactose intolerance, or a vegan diet.

Our kitchen is located just a stone’s throw away from the Colosseum, and when you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our host, who will give you a welcome drink and an apron. Then, you’ll be taken to your cooking station, where a local chef will walk you through the process of creating your dish, step-by-step. When the dish is done, you’ll sit down with your fellow travellers and enjoy your homemade meal.
