Every time you overcook your pasta an Italian person dies— and you don’t want to be responsible for a death do you? We’ll make sure you keep the faux pas out of the kitchen. After our classes you’ll be able to cook like a real Italian, and even impress them too!

Our cooking school for the Pasta Class is located at Via Cesare Balbo 19. The Pizza Class takes place at Via di S. Maria Maggiore 114, right in the heart of Rome.

Yes, we offer classes in English and Italian. Other languages may be available upon request.

Yes, we offer small-group classes to meet other, like-minded travellers as well as private cooking classes for a more personalised experience.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded.

Unfortunately because of the ingredients used in the class, we cannot accommodate severe allergies or restrictions such as gluten-free or celiac disease, lactose intolerance, or a vegan diet.

We can, however, accommodate vegetarians and other restrictions. Kindly inform us of all restrictions in advance so we can best cater to your needs. We are chefs after all, catering is what we do!
