How do I manage my booking?
You can manage your booking through our Manage My Booking page. You will be able to view your tickets, update your contact details, and request changes to your booking such as date or time changes.
How do I log in to manage my booking?
You can log in using either the email address you used when booking, or your booking reference number. Both options are available on the Manage My Booking page.
I cannot find my booking, what should I do?
Please make sure you are using the email address you provided at the time of booking. If you still cannot access your booking, contact our customer service team and we will assist you.
Can I change the date or time of my tour?
Yes, you can request a date or time change through the Manage My Booking page, subject to availability and our cancellation and modification policy.
Where can I find my tickets?
Your tickets are available in the Manage My Booking page once you log in. You can view, download, or forward them from there.
