We are a team of well-seasoned chefs who are passionate about two things: sharing traditional Italian cooking techniques and wearing designer sunglasses, even after dark. Everybody loves our country’s cuisine, but few understand the secrets behind making authentic Italian dishes, and that’s where we come in.
There’s no better place to learn about Roman cuisine than in Rome itself — from locals, with locals, but in English. You can even practise your Italian if you’re feeling a bit coraggioso, and after a few glasses of prosecco you’ll be fluent!
